The Project and European Technical Co-ordinator
Martin Hall is the Director of the Food Science Division at CCFRA and has overall responsibility for the departments of Agriculture, Consumer and Sensory Science and Chemistry and Biochemistry. He has considerable experience in the role of project co-ordination at both the national and international level, including the EU specifically. He has over 30 years of experience in a wide range of issues related to food science and is the author of over 80 publications on a wide range of scientific topics.
