Conference Programme

The conference will include a plenary session, in which the welcome and introduction will be followed by presentations on the consumer foresight workshop, the cross-sectoral collaboration workshop and an overview of the study visit programme to NZ. Themed sessions will follow, drawing specifically on experience in five areas important in the food industry. Each session will be lead by keynote speakers. The themes selected for more detailed discussion include both future-focused and current issues, but all are important to consumers and the food industry.
